Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jackson Northeast, an IHG Hotel

The location was great have stayed before.I wish i could say more about breakfast.I came down to breakfast around 10 i believe breakfast wasnt suppose to be over until 11.They was pretty much out of everything no eggs,biscuits,or pancake left.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and easily accessible. The pool was pristine with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels. During our 3-night stay, we saw housekeeping disinfecting and thoroughly cleaning rooms as other guests checked out. Breakfast -included with our stay- was excellent!! Hot biscuits/gravy, eggs, and 2 choices of sausage were available every day. Hot cinnamon rolls, bagels, muffins and toast were also available daily as well as cereals, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal. The styrofoam plates and grab-n-go tote bags made for quick on the go breakfast choices as well. This was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. The location was very convenient-located right off the interstate and with ample fast food options nearby. In spite of the interstate being so close, the hotel was very quiet. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Comfortable beds and clean and nice size bathroom.

It was the typical Holiday Inn Express experience. I like that it's consistent and no matter where I am, my experience will probably be the same. Some have nicer staff, some have a better pool, but they all have a great breakfast in the morning! This one also had a great location. I wasn't looking for entertainment, just a place to stop on the long cross-country drive. I appreciated the area wasn't busy, but it did have a chain and local restaurants, a gas station, and coffee all with in a 3 minute drive.
